Your Role:

Marketing has become complicated. Full stop. And that’s right where you come in. As Director of Marketing Operations, you will be involved in all aspects of monitoring, measuring, and improving our marketing programs’ performance and efficiency. You’ll make sure that the rest of the marketing and sales enablement teams have what they need to deliver on-budget and on-time - and even roll-up your sleeves to ensure it happens. This position drives our operational team (inbound channels, events, social, content marketing, email, and sales support) toward profitability and long-term viability of our products.



  • Development and execution of strategies and workplans around systems, data, lead processing, and the demand generation funnel.
  • Maintain marketing campaign and content creation calendars and ensure high-quality results/assets are delivered as planned.
  • Report on campaign effectiveness and communicate findings and recommendations to channel marketing managers.
  • Manage industry interactions and programs; including analysts and annual awards vendors.
  • Establish and maintain a customer relationship program; increasing retention and effectively deploying our thousands of happy customers to help promote InfoSec Institute to others.
  • Manage and attend industry events, trade shows, seminars, and webinars.
  • Facilitate market research to guide new product and marketing strategy.
  • Manage a local marketing team, conduct interviews, and aid in performance assessments.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Your Qualifications

  • Goal-oriented, organized, creative, fun, analytical… has a balanced approach to strategy creation, implementation, and analysis
  • Strong multi-channel digital marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to see the big, global picture and be willing to roll-up your sleeves in order to consistently deliver and exceed expectations
  • Experience organizing and managing multiple priorities, programs, and projects both independently and in a team
  • Understanding of marketing analytics, tools, and ability to make adjustments based on data
  • 5+ years’ leading a successful team who has built and beat marketing forecasts
  • Bachelor’s degree required
