Sales Development Representative

Your role

You’re a go-getter who is driven to find new business. It’s the hunt that gets you excited and you aren’t discouraged easily. You’re persistent and competitive and are looking to get in on an exciting industry. Our SDR’s excel at managing a pipeline of sales leads and building solid relationship foundations with our clients. You’re not afraid to ask for referrals because you’re confident in the solution we’re providing.

In this position, you’ll be making a lot of calls, scheduling meetings, and kicking off the team sales cycle. You’re looking to build a career in sales, whether that means getting and setting appointments is your strength or you’re looking to move into another position on our sales team. Our successful SDR’s aren’t afraid to dive in, reach out, and get things done!

Your qualifications

  • Some sales experience
  • Passionate about sales and customer experience
  • Positive,  persistent and competitive
  • Self-motivated and driven with great time management skills
  • Quick study with the ability to learn new things, think on your feet, and problem-solve
  • Coachable and open to feedback so we can help you succeed
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using MicroSoft Office programs
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent sales experience)
  • experience a bonus (not required)
